We are currently seeking a Labor Advisory Technician whose mission will be to act as the key contact for our partners on labor-related matters, guiding and advising them effectively. Additionally, the selected candidate will ensure an excellent customer experience by contributing to effective management of labor relations and compliance with legal obligations at their establishments. Main responsibilities: * Provide personalized labor advice to clients, ensuring their satisfaction at all times. * Identify and address labor issues by proposing effective solutions and creating strategies that guarantee process quality in accordance with current regulations. * Stay informed about updates to existing labor laws and ensure client companies comply with all applicable regulations. * Prepare documentation related to labor matters and manage necessary procedures with public agencies. * Participate in payroll processing, incident management, social security insurance administration, etc. * Contribute to updating and adapting collective bargaining agreements and other applicable legislation. REQUIREMENTS * Degree in Law, Labor Relations, Business Administration and Management, or similar. * Minimum of 5 years of experience in labor advisory services. * Additional specialization or formal training in labor consulting is desirable. * Full dedication to this role. * Passion for labor relations, with exceptional skills in guiding and advising our clients. * A proactive attitude and strong desire to keep learning and stay updated on all labor-related matters.
