




We are looking for a communication technician to join our team in Valladolid: * Full-time (38.5 hours per week). * 6-month contract. **Education:** * University degree, preferably in Journalism, Audiovisual Communication and/or Advertising and Public Relations. * Advanced level in Office suite. * Familiarity with the social sector and issues related to socio-labor integration. * Participation in updating and training courses related to the field. **Competencies:** * Social skills. * Knowledge of office software, including spreadsheet and word processing programs. * Ability to accurately follow established procedures. * Attention to detail and ability to work in an organized manner. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Proficiency in content editing and design software for written and audiovisual materials (Canva, WordPress, Photoshop…). * Experience in social media management and advertising. * SEO knowledge. * Understanding of media channels. * Ability to follow instructions and hierarchical structures. * Competence in spoken and written English. **Responsibilities:** * Digital Content Management: + Create, manage, and produce content for various social media platforms: X (formerly Twitter), Facebook, Instagram, YouTube. + Maintain and update accessible content across the organization’s different websites. + Plan, write, and send internal and external newsletters. * Graphic and Audiovisual Design: + Design graphic materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, invitations, promotional banners, offers, dossiers, infographics, and logos. + Plan, produce, edit, and perform post-production of audiovisual projects in both photography and video. * Writing and Public Relations: + Write announcements and press releases. + Perform press clipping to monitor media coverage. + Maintain effective public relations to promote the organization. * Event Organization: + Participate in organizing and coordinating events to ensure visibility and promotion of the organization. * Strategic Development: + Ensure all communication activities align with the organization’s Strategic Plan, Mission, Vision, and Values. + Generate and promote key institutional alliances and relationships through meetings and events. * Resource Development: + Collaborate with other departments to develop communication materials supporting fundraising and organizational promotion. + Establish synergies with companies and negotiate collaboration agreements beneficial to the organization.
