Promoting a safe working environment and continuous improvement We are looking for a Production Manager for a major food industry company to lead and coordinate production activities and teams (manufacturing and packaging), complying with good manufacturing practices, hygiene, traceability, and safety requirements. **RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS** * Organize and coordinate daily factory operations, managing human and technical resources according to the production schedule and customer orders. * Ensure compliance with manufacturing orders and quality and safety standards. * Lead operational and production follow-up meetings. * Participate in scheduling, vacation planning, and staffing requirements. * Promote a safe working environment and continuous improvement in collaboration with Quality and Operational Excellence departments. * Analyze consumption deviations and propose corrective and improvement actions. * Support the integration and training of new employees, as well as the development of existing teams. * Contribute to assessing maintenance needs, investments, and process optimization. **REQUIREMENTS** * Preferably hold a Higher Vocational Training qualification or University Degree related to industrial production. * Knowledge of key stages in an industrial manufacturing process. * Advanced level of English or French (minimum C1 level in either language). * Familiarity with specific software such as ERP systems. * Proficiency in standard communication tools. * Knowledge of labor law. * General understanding of communication techniques. **What does the company offer?** * Joining a solid and growing company. * A dynamic, collaborative environment with professional development opportunities. * A stable and responsible project within the production area. * Intensive Fridays
