Job Summary: We are seeking a customer service representative for direct interaction, problem resolution, and provision of information, ensuring a strong relationship with customers. Initial contract with potential to become permanent. We are looking for a customer service representative in Santomera. The main responsibilities will include direct interaction with customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving any issues that may arise, and providing clear information about products or services. This is a key role to ensure our customers maintain a positive relationship with us. To be eligible for this vacancy, candidates must have at least one year of prior experience in customer-facing roles. Proficiency in standard office software is essential, and immediate availability to start work is required. Additionally, a valid driver’s license and personal vehicle are mandatory to commute to the workplace. A Medium-Level Vocational Training qualification (Ciclo Formativo Grado Medio) in Administration is considered highly desirable. Although not strictly required, knowledge of Java (J2EE \& Java Core) is considered beneficial and may support certain functions or future opportunities. An initial contract with potential to become permanent is offered—a great opportunity for professional development. At least 1 year of experience in Customer Service. Proficiency in office tools.
