Use of SAGE 50 for document management We are looking for an administrative assistant for a healthcare company located in Molina de Segura (Murcia). Main responsibilities include supporting the administration and accounting department, using SAGE 50 to prepare budgets, purchase orders, delivery notes, and invoices, as well as document registration and editing. Additionally, support is provided in digital marketing and editing the company's website. A Higher Vocational Training Degree in Administration and Finance is required. Knowledge of digital marketing, office software, and SAGE 50 is valued, as well as basic accounting knowledge. The contract is permanent, with a part-time schedule of 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 13:00\. Remuneration is set according to the applicable collective agreement, with potential for future schedule expansion.
