




HR Technician (Mid-Level) with disability certificate (≥33%); Higher Vocational Training Diploma in Administration and Finance / Bachelor’s Degree in HR; minimum 3 years’ experience in Personnel Administration; advanced Excel skills and prior experience with payroll systems (e.g., Meta4). Permanent contract. Hybrid work model. Full-time position. Working hours: Monday–Thursday 09:00–18:00, Friday 09:00–14:00. Salary: €2,000 gross per month × 14 payments. Manage employee onboarding and offboarding, as well as contract administration. Manage employee attendance (vacation balances, leave requests, etc.). Maintain up-to-date employee information across all HR systems. Stay current on legislative changes and implement them accordingly. Handle all mandatory and corporate monthly procedures (e.g., maternity leave, paternity leave, medical leave, vacation management).
