We are seeking a machine operator for an energy plant located in Valladolid. The main responsibilities include handling and controlling various equipment to ensure optimal facility operation. This includes handling chemicals, water production, working with low and high voltage systems, and operating gas turbines, steam boilers, compressors, and other key process components. Responsibilities cover controlling the startup, operation, and shutdown of the plant according to requirements, as well as performing analytical checks to ensure quality and environmental compliance. Operation of forklifts and overhead cranes will be required, along with supervision of the receipt and removal of raw materials and supplies. Additionally, preparation of the work area applying occupational health and safety regulations and environmental protection standards is expected. This includes monitoring and adjusting machinery parameters, regulating automatic processes, maintaining equipment and facilities in optimal operating and hygienic conditions, and carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance tasks. Proper storage of products and recording of control and inspection results will be managed. A higher-level vocational training qualification in Automation, Electromechanics, or Electrical Engineering is valued, along with prior experience in energy plants and possession of a boiler operator license and forklift operator certificate.
