Modern facilities exceeding 10,000 m² with extensive cold storage capacity, automated plant, national and international distribution, and quality standards such as IFS Food. **Job Description:** We are seeking to add to our team an operator with experience handling **frontal forklifts** and **reach trucks** to support logistics, warehousing, and production operations. The individual will join the logistics/warehouse department and work in coordination with production, quality, and dispatch teams. **Main Responsibilities:** * Operate frontal and reach forklifts to move raw materials, intermediate products, and finished goods within the facility. * Load, unload, and organize cargo; maintain product traceability until final destination. * Assist in efficient warehouse organization, optimizing space, internal routes, and time. * Keep forklifts in good working condition, reporting malfunctions or maintenance needs. * Comply with safety, hygiene, and quality regulations established by Merpacífico and food safety standards (IFS, cold chain control, etc.). * Collaborate with the team to ensure production and shipping deadlines are met. **Requirements:** * Proven experience operating frontal and reach forklifts. * Valid forklift operator license. * Physical fitness and endurance for warehouse/frozen environment work. * Teamwork skills. * Knowledge of (or willingness to learn) safety and quality regulations (food safety, traceability, etc.). * Availability to work shifts if necessary. **Valued Positively:** * Prior experience in food companies, seafood businesses, or industries with cold rooms. * Additional training in logistics, food safety, etc. * Good understanding of temperature control and hygiene procedures. **We Offer:** * Stable employment contract. * Salary commensurate with experience and responsibility. * Work in a growing, modern company with high-quality standards and international outlook. * Continuous training. * Positive work environment.
