We are seeking a technically oriented professional focused on IT/NOC operations in critical environments, with experience in monitoring, incident management, and operation of Linux, Windows, and VMware infrastructures. This position is based in Sevilla and follows a hybrid work model—some days working remotely from home and others onsite at the office, where you can build meaningful synergies with your team. Residency in Spain and valid Spanish work authorization are mandatory. Responsibilities: * Monitor IT platforms using tools such as Zabbix, Nagios, Prometheus, and Grafana to ensure early incident detection * Manage logs using the ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana) for event analysis and troubleshooting * Operate production environments running RHEL 7/8/9, Windows Server, and VMware ESXi (clusters and VMs) * Automate alerts and operational tasks using Python and Bash scripting Key Accountabilities: * Manage incidents under ITIL frameworks for 24×7 services using ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, Remedy, or GLPI * Analyze and resolve incidents in VMware virtualized infrastructures, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions * Perform database operations on Oracle 19c, MySQL, and MariaDB for diagnostics and support * Maintain and enhance operational procedures, runbooks, and technical documentation to standardize operations * Collaborate in the operation of highly critical environments, ensuring availability and SLA compliance Mandatory Requirements: * Minimum 2 years of experience in IT operations, NOC, or production support environments * Minimum 2 years of experience managing incidents under ITIL methodology for 24×7 services * Minimum 2 years of experience with monitoring tools such as Zabbix, Nagios, Prometheus, or Grafana * Minimum 2 years of experience operating Linux systems (RHEL 7/8/9\) or Windows Server * Minimum 1 year of experience operating VMware ESXi environments * Minimum 1 year of experience managing logs with the ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana) * Minimum 1 year of experience scripting with Python or Bash * Experience writing operational procedures and technical runbooks * RHCSA — Red Hat Certified System Administrator certification * VMware VCP\-DCV — Certified Professional certification * Microsoft Azure Fundamentals AZ\-900 certification * ITIL Foundation v4 certification Desirable Qualifications: * Zabbix Certified Specialist certification * Elastic Certified Analyst certification * MCTS Windows Server certification * Minimum 1 year of experience in public administration environments * Minimum 1 year of experience operating Oracle, MySQL, or MariaDB databases Knowledge and hands-on experience with generative artificial intelligence and AI tools applied to this role are required, aligned with Accenture’s commitment to responsible and effective AI adoption.
