




Summary: We are seeking an information officer with a background in humanities or natural environment for a scientific outreach facility, responsible for public engagement, visitor flow management, and support in exhibition halls. A scientific outreach facility located in Olot is looking for a person with training in humanities or natural environment to carry out information officer duties. Welcoming and attending to individuals and user groups of the facility. Providing information and responding to inquiries in person or remotely. Managing the movement of individuals and groups within the facility’s spaces. Monitoring the exhibition hall and supporting users in operating its devices. * Experience: 1 month. Participation in third-sector projects, and prior experience as an information officer and/or in public service will be valued. * MIDDLE-GRADE VOCATIONAL TRAINING QUALIFICATION * Spanish (spoken advanced, written advanced) * Catalan (spoken advanced, written advanced) * English (spoken intermediate, written intermediate) * French (spoken intermediate, written intermediate) * Competencies / knowledge: Identification with and commitment to the facility’s objectives. Availability to work on Tuesday afternoons and other occasional weekdays during holiday periods is desirable, with corresponding increase in working hours. Start date: April 11, 2026, until end of December 2026 (extendable depending on service needs). A certain level of English and/or French will be valued.
