




Job Summary: We are seeking a Technical Architect / Quantity Surveyor to carry out construction work control and supervision, drafting of projects, and management of legalizations, with autonomy and the ability to work as part of a team. Key Responsibilities: 1. Technical control and supervision of construction works 2. Drafting of basic and execution projects 3. Management of legalizations and technical documentation REQUIREMENTS: MANDATORY: - University degree in Technical Architecture / Bachelor's Degree in Building Construction (Technical Architect / Quantity Surveyor). - Minimum 1–3 years’ experience in a similar role, especially in construction work control and supervision. - Knowledge of drafting basic and execution projects. Familiarity with processing activity projects and installation legalization procedures. - Knowledge of current building regulations (CTE and applicable regulations). Proficiency in AutoCAD (or similar software) and Microsoft Office suite. - Valid Class B driving license and willingness to travel to construction sites. DESIRABLE: - Experience coordinating with industrial contractors and controlling construction certifications. - Knowledge of budgeting and measurement software (TCQ, Presto or similar). - Knowledge of occupational health and safety on construction sites. - Organizational skills, autonomy, and ability to resolve on-site incidents. - Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with clients and technical staff. We seek a responsible, solution-oriented individual capable of progressively assuming autonomous responsibility for the technical management of projects and construction works. EMPLOYMENT CONDITIONS: Workplace municipality: GIRONA. Contract type: Permanent, full-time. Working hours: Negotiable. Salary: €2142.85 gross per month. - Technical control and supervision of ongoing construction works. - Monitoring of construction progress, schedule adherence, quality standards, and compliance with current regulations. - Coordination with industrial contractors, subcontractors, and technical direction. - Review of measurements, construction certifications, and basic economic control of interventions. - Support in drafting technical projects (basic and execution projects). - Assistance in drafting activity projects and administrative procedures. - Management and processing of installation legalizations. - Preparation of technical and administrative documentation specific to projects and construction works. - Any other duties typical of a Technical Architect / Quantity Surveyor within the company’s scope. * 12 months’ experience.
