Additionally, the hotel offers excellent connectivity to both the airport and the main train station, ensuring seamless travel for all visitors. **Job Description** **POSITION MISSION** Ensure the proper functioning of hotel facilities through preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment, systems, and infrastructure, guaranteeing guest safety, comfort, and experience with efficient and discreet service. Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor and Director, the following responsibilities and duties are listed illustratively, but not exhaustively: * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and telecommunications installations. * Conduct periodic inspections of guest rooms, common areas, equipment, and systems; report incidents and resolve malfunctions. * Coordinate and supervise external contractors and suppliers, ensuring compliance with hotel standards and procedures. * Install, adjust, and commission equipment and systems, maintaining up-to-date records of interventions and repairs. * Comply with and enforce safety regulations (including Accor’s Legionella Directive) and Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) protocols. * Actively contribute to optimizing energy consumption and reducing waste. * Respond immediately in emergencies to ensure the safety of people and facilities. * Maintain order and cleanliness in the workshop and work areas. * Complete assigned training courses to develop technical competencies. **Requirements** * **Experience:** 1 to 3 years in a similar role (hotels or high-occupancy buildings). * **Education:** Medium-Level Vocational Training Cycle in Maintenance, Electricity, Mechanics, or related field. * **Languages:** Advanced Spanish; intermediate English (an asset). * Knowledge of electricity, plumbing, HVAC, and general mechanics. * Basic proficiency in office tools and management software. * Availability to work rotating shifts and respond to emergencies. * Full-time position **Key Competencies:** * Technical versatility and adaptability. * Teamwork and cross-departmental collaboration. * Service orientation and discretion when attending to guests. * Proactivity in identifying and resolving issues. * Organization and responsibility in adhering to procedures. **Additional Information** What do we offer? * **Exclusive benefits** at Accor hotels worldwide, enabling you to enjoy unique experiences across our international network. * **Flexible compensation**, including options such as meal vouchers, transportation allowances, and private health insurance. * **Bicycle and scooter parking**, with charging points. * A **dynamic, multicultural, and motivating work environment**, surrounded by professionals passionate about luxury hospitality. * **Professional development opportunities**, both within the property and at other hotels of the brand worldwide. * **Continuous training** via our *Learn Your Way* platform, designed to foster your talent and professional growth. * Temporary contract (substitution).
