You will play a critical role in ensuring the optimal operation of electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems across our facilities. **What will you do in this role?*** Supervise the operation, repair, and maintenance of electrical and lighting systems. * Perform new equipment installations. * Diagnose, repair, and replace electrical components (valves, motors, controls, wiring, fans, pumps, compressors, etc.). * Ensure all equipment operates safely and efficiently. * Review maintenance histories to design proactive inspection and preventive maintenance plans. * Clearly and simply communicate technical information within the team. * **Highly desirable:** Prior experience in maintaining, repairing, or supervising HVAC systems. **What are we looking for?*** High School/GED or technical training; apprenticeship programs are valued. * 3–4 years of experience in a similar position. * **Master Electrician license**, as required by local regulations, plus a valid driver's license. * Physical capability for tasks requiring exertion (climbing stairs, walking, lifting >50 lbs). * Proficiency with Microsoft Office. * Ability to analyze technical problems and apply sound judgment to resolve them. * Strong organizational skills and a curious mindset. * Intermediate mathematical skills. * **Desirable:** Experience or knowledge of HVAC systems (maintenance, diagnostics, operation). **What do we offer?*** Being part of a global leader in Real Estate Services. * A work environment that prioritizes safety and professional development. * Growth opportunities within the Engineering & Technical Services area.
