**Workshop Manager** ==================== At **Grup Lesseps**, a leading group in the automotive sector and official **SEAT and CUPRA** dealer, we consistently commit to quality, efficiency, and excellence in customer service. We are seeking a **Workshop Manager** for our **Martorell** center, with the ability to lead teams and optimize after-sales operations. ### **What will be your mission?** You will be responsible for coordinating and supervising the workshop’s daily operations, ensuring productivity, service quality, process compliance, and customer satisfaction, while guaranteeing efficient management of the team and available resources. **Key responsibilities:** ---------------------- * Organize and supervise daily workshop activities. * Manage, coordinate, and lead the technical team. * Plan workloads and assign repairs. * Monitor productivity, efficiency, and achievement of objectives. * Control quality of performed interventions. * Supervise compliance with manufacturer procedures and standards. * Coordinate with reception, service advisors, and after-sales departments. * Manage technical incidents and support the team on complex repairs. * Track area KPIs: productivity, turnaround times, profitability, customer satisfaction, etc. * Supervise proper use of tools, facilities, and equipment. * Promote continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization. * Train, mentor, and develop the technical team. **Profile:** ----------- * Essential requirements * Prior experience as a **Workshop Manager, Workshop Supervisor, or After-Sales Manager** in the automotive industry. * Experience managing technical teams. * Knowledge of mechanical and/or bodywork workshop processes. * Strong organizational skills and leadership capability. * Results-oriented mindset, with focus on productivity and service quality. * Experience working with performance indicators (KPIs). * Proficiency in computer tools and management software. * Valid driving license class B. ### **Preferred qualifications** * Previous experience at **official dealerships**. * Familiarity with **SEAT / CUPRA or VAG Group** processes and standards. * Technical training in automotive or after-sales management. * Experience optimizing processes and improving profitability. * Leadership-oriented profile, focused on team motivation and customer service. **What we offer:** --------------------- * Stable employment with an established and growing company in the automotive sector. * **Permanent contract**. * Competitive salary commensurate with experience and role responsibility. * Incentive or variable compensation plan based on objectives (if applicable). * Continuous training and professional development. * Autonomous, responsible role with decision-making authority. * Real opportunities for career growth within the group. * Integration into a dynamic team and a well-established professional environment. ### **We want to meet you** We seek a person with leadership capacity, operational vision, and results orientation—capable of enhancing workshop performance and contributing to an outstanding customer experience. **Join Grup Lesseps and lead our workshop at the Martorell center.**
