For our center in Gavà we are looking to hire a Workshop Manager under a temporary contract (medical leave cover). This is a key position to lead the center, coordinate the team, and ensure service quality and results. Upon joining, you will receive comprehensive training covering Carglass® procedures, tools, and working methods. What will your day-to-day look like? As Workshop Manager, you will lead center operations and serve as the point of reference for both team members and customers. **Key Responsibilities:** Coordinate daily operations (planning, resources, and timelines). Lead and develop the workshop team. Ensure compliance with technical procedures, quality, and safety standards. Ensure an excellent customer experience. Monitor KPIs and propose improvements. Administrative management (services, insurers, warehouse, processes). Provide technical support when required. Drive commercial opportunities. Ensure center organization, quality, and proper operation. What do we value?
