Description

**Who are we?** Qida is a fast-growing private and social startup in the home care sector, founded in 2018 with a dual mission: * We aim to build the world’s highest-quality home care service: expert, human-centered, and person-focused, leveraging new technologies to ensure optimal care—and above all, service personalization. * Secure the social status of caregivers—without whom such care would be impossible. Qida’s vision is to make the social and healthcare system sustainable by supporting people with dependency and/or chronic conditions to live longer, healthier lives, and with higher quality of life—at home. Qida is transforming the world, leading absolutely in sector quality (NPS of 4.8/5) and technology. Qida delivers a technology-driven, high-quality, socially impactful approach to personalized home care. We are backed by Spain’s leading social-impact investment funds. In 2021, we were named “Best Social-Impact Initiative” at the ASCRI Awards. Qida chooses not to choose between social impact and profitability. Qida pursues both equally. Qida will transform people’s lives through quality, personalization, and technology—delivering both economic and social impact. Today, we are a team of over 300 office-based professionals and more than 1,800 home-based caregivers, having supported over 25,000 families. In 2025, we closed a €37M funding round—the largest social-impact round in Spain and Southern Europe. **What would your role be?** * Coordinate management of authorizations, enrollments, withdrawals, contracts, payroll, final settlements, contract modifications, wage garnishments, and temporary disability cases under the Household Regime, in collaboration with our external management firm. * Advise our families on all aspects of employment: Social Security, contracts, payroll, final settlements, holidays, employee disabilities, invoicing, etc. * Prepare customer sales invoices. * Coordinate with the commercial, recruitment, and socio-health case management departments to ensure proper client support. **Who are we looking for?** Education: * Higher Vocational Training (FP Superior) in Administration and/or courses in administrative payroll and Social Security management. * University degree related to administration or labor law. Experience: * In administration, payroll management, and Social Security enrollments/withdrawals. * In customer service and interpersonal interaction within our field—or other relevant fields. Other competencies: * Energetic, proactive, and initiative-driven. * Strong organizational skills. * Mediation and problem-solving abilities. * Effective communication skills. * And above all—a good person. **Why join Qida?** * **You’ll work alongside great people who are also good people;** talent quality matters to us—and motivates us. * **You’ll work on a high-growth project,** building something truly ambitious. * **What we do has real impact on people’s lives;** the purpose behind our work is why we’re here. * **We offer market-competitive compensation.** **What do we offer?** * Full-time temporary contract in a growing sector, within a team that supports your professional growth. * Hybrid work model: 3 days in the office and 2 days remote per week. * 3 weeks of remote work per year—anywhere you choose. * Regular development sessions with your manager, focused on your growth. * Career plan oriented toward your personal and professional development. * 23 vacation days + birthday leave. * Coffee, breakfasts, and Pizza Day in the office. * Payflow: tax savings on meals, transportation, and payroll advances. * Optional access to medical insurance for you and your family—with exclusive benefits as a member of the Qida Group. * QidaDay and QidaParty: twice a year, we gather to celebrate achievements, goals, and values. **Are you interested?** Apply to our position and help us change the world!
