**What are we looking for?**
We are currently seeking a **Lean Construction Engineer**, whose mission will be to support construction planning and monitoring activities, as well as actively contribute to implementing the Lean Construction philosophy across the company.
**What will you do on a daily basis?**
* Serve as the go-to expert for on-site planning
* Provide support to the site manager or another designated production team member in developing plans
* Propose technical planning solutions to ensure accurate technical planning and guarantee effective monitoring and traceability throughout the project lifecycle
* Actively participate in implementing the Lean Construction philosophy—applying its principles and tools to optimize processes, reduce waste, and foster continuous improvement at every project stage.

REQUIREMENTS
**You are the ideal candidate if…**
* A degree in Engineering is mandatory.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Project is required.
* Availability to travel to construction sites is mandatory.
* A valid driver’s license is mandatory.
