In this unit, we are responsible for **ensuring strict compliance with accounting and tax regulations** of our affiliated companies. Additionally, we consolidate and standardize the group's economic and financial information, aligning with international accounting standards and generally accepted accounting principles, thus ensuring transparent and efficient management of financial resources. **WHAT WILL YOU DO IN YOUR DAY TO DAY?** ------------------------------- You will be responsible for supervising and managing the financial operations of different international subsidiaries of the Group. This role involves local business monitoring, reviewing financial reports (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Budget, and Cash Flow), analyzing implemented internal controls, and consolidating financial reports for the Group. Your responsibilities will include: * Reviewing and consolidating monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports from various subsidiaries. * Ensuring accuracy and compliance with international accounting and tax regulations, as well as the Group's accounting policies. * Coordinating the financial planning process and budget preparation at the local level (by country). * Analyzing and comparing actual results against budgets, identifying and analyzing variances. * Reviewing financial policies and procedures to ensure the integrity and security of financial information. * Conducting internal audits to ensure compliance with local and international regulations. * Providing financial and operational analysis to senior management for strategic decision-making. * Supervising and mentoring financial teams in each country. * Fostering a collaborative and training-oriented work environment that promotes professional team development. * Acting as a liaison between global financial management and subsidiaries, facilitating communication and information exchange. * Collaborating with external auditors and other advisors in the review of financial statements and controls. **WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU?** ------------------------- * **Education:** University degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (postgraduate studies or MBA will be valued). * **Languages:** Advanced English; advanced level in another language is highly desirable. * **Technical/Functional Skills** + Minimum of 4 years of experience in financial roles, preferably in multinational environments. + In-depth knowledge of international accounting standards (IFRS) and general tax regulations. + Advanced skills in financial data analysis and management. #### **WHAT WILL YOU FIND AT SEIDOR?** * **A diverse team**.
