Currently, we are seeking a Senior Payroll Technician to join the team at our central offices in Barcelona. Your profile fits if… * You hold a degree in Labor Relations. * You have more than 5 years of experience in HR departments or labor advisory roles. * You have solid knowledge of tools such as SAGE 200 CLOUD, Sistema RED\-SILTRA, Contrat@, CAT365, and Delt@. * You are fluent in Spanish and Catalan. * You are a solution-oriented person with organizational skills, rigor, commitment, and autonomy. What will your responsibilities be? * Management of Social Security transactions: registrations, terminations, modifications, and others. * Processing employment contracts. * Monitoring and tracking of work-related accidents and common illnesses. * Calculation of severance payments. * Preparation of payroll and calculation of variable pay components. * Preparation of tax and social security reports (via SILTRA). * Generation of personnel analytical reports. * Review and supervision of departmental processes.
