Summary: We are seeking a Production Supervisor with training in industrial mechanics to optimize productivity and teamwork in a manufacturing company. Highlights: 1. Lead the optimization of production and productivity. 2. Support the monitoring and control of production activities. 3. Ensure the proper condition of machinery and facilities. 1 Production Supervisor for a manufacturer of kraft fiber, paper, and cardboard drums used for transporting solid and semi-solid products. Industrial mechanics training is mandatory: Higher Vocational Training qualifications, Technical Engineering degrees, or Bachelor’s degrees in Industrial Mechanics or equivalent. Forklift license and forklift operation experience required. Minimum 5 years’ experience as a factory supervisor in industrial companies. Languages: Spanish and Catalan. Permanent contract. Full-time position, flexible working hours. Gross monthly salary: €2,500. \- Meet planned production targets by optimizing personnel under supervision and maximizing productivity across production lines while maintaining required quality standards, promoting teamwork, sustaining an appropriate work climate, and motivating staff. \- Support the Production Director in monitoring and controlling production activities. \- Ensure implementation of the maintenance plan and that machinery and facilities remain in good condition. \- Maintain spare parts inventory as defined by the Production Director. \- Ensure the warehouse and factory are well-organized and clean. * Experience: 60 months. Minimum five years’ experience as a factory supervisor in industrial companies. * Technical Engineering in Industrial Fields * Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering * Higher Vocational Training Cycle in Production Planning for Mechanical Manufacturing. * Spanish (spoken: advanced, written: intermediate) * Catalan (spoken: intermediate, written: intermediate) * Competencies / knowledge: \- Customer orientation. \- Attention to detail and rigor. \- Flexibility and adaptability to change. \- Communication skills. \- Teamwork. * Permanent employment contract * Full-time position * Gross monthly salary: €2,500 * Additional relevant information: Flexible working hours.
