Could you be the next **Railway Electrical Maintenance Operator**, on a **temporary** contract for **Sant Joan Despí in Barcelona**? **Your future role** Take on a new challenge and apply all your experience in Maintenance and Railways in a cutting-edge field. You will work alongside young and talented team members. The operator will report to the Workshop Manager and will be responsible for carrying out the specified tasks according to the interim position covered (MR), ensuring proper execution of work as well as compliance with the quality standards established for this work, reporting hierarchically and functionally to the middle management within the organizational structure of the Trambaix and Trambesòs workshop. We are looking for you to: * Comply with safety regulations and operational procedures. * Be responsible for meeting quality indices and requirements. * Carry out assigned tasks. * Intervene in any faults that may arise during task execution for immediate resolution. * Report any issues encountered during work execution to your supervisor. * Report and input project operation results to keep the computer database updated. * Propose improvements to operations being carried out. * Suggest improvements in procedures/materials/equipment to optimize tasks. * Propose personal training needs deemed appropriate for improving job performance. **About you** We value passion and attitude above experience. Instead, we’ve listed some that we believe will help you succeed and grow in this role: * Education: Essential Higher or Medium Vocational Training degree with specialization in Electrical or Electromechanical fields. * Essential minimum of 1 year of prior experience in industrial maintenance areas, preferably electromechanical or electrical. * Knowledge and practical use of electronic or electrical tools and instrumentation for low/medium/high voltage. * Essential driving license type B1. Type C and higher licenses will be valued. * Technical knowledge of rolling stock maintenance, as well as experience in such maintenance, will be an advantage. * Languages: Spanish and Catalan. * Availability and interest in a **temporary contract**.
