The Construction Area is a service unit whose mission—as an essential part of integrated, multidisciplinary project teams within Engineering Management—is to efficiently manage the execution of industrial installations related to the Company’s investment projects. This unit ensures the incorporation of constructability into design foundations, definition of the overall project execution strategy and the specific construction strategy, on-site activity supervision, and execution contract management—fully aligned with Business Unit requirements and procedures, as well as applicable regulations and best practices in project management, Safety, Quality, and Environmental Protection. **Main Responsibilities:** =========================== * Define the project execution strategy from a construction perspective. * Plan and supervise construction execution, ensuring adherence to schedules, quality standards, and technical compliance. * Ensure compliance with **Safety, Environment, and Quality (SEQ)** requirements. * Coordinate resources and contractors involved in construction. * Monitor and control project economics (costs, certifications, variances). * Manage on-site changes and ensure proper technical documentation. * Support facility commissioning and handover to operations. **What We Offer:** ================== * Performance-based bonus. * Permanent contract. * Health insurance. * Pension plan contribution. * Digital disconnection policy. * Work-life balance measures. * Legal advisory services. * Employee support services. **You Will Fit This Role If You Have:** ============================== * Engineering degree (Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or Energy Engineering). * Experience in **industrial construction project management**, particularly having held Site Manager positions on projects involving substantial civil works and earthmoving. * Knowledge of planning, economic control, safety, quality, and environmental protection. * Advanced proficiency in office software; experience with **Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar tools** is valued. * English language proficiency at B2\+ level or higher. * Additional training in Occupational Risk Prevention is valued. * Willingness to travel for extended periods (approximately 12 to 36 months) to Company facilities where projects are executed. \#LI\-PC1 **Required skills:** Building Safety, Civil Works, Commissioning and installations start\-up, Construction, Construction Administration, Construction Management, Construction Planning, Incident Investigations, Project Management, Scheduling
