Job Summary: We are seeking a COOK to perform tasks related to food preparation, support during cooking, dish assembly, and kitchen hygiene maintenance. Key Highlights: 1. Support in kitchen tasks and space organization 2. Assistance in plating and presentation of dishes 3. Maintenance of hygiene and food storage Rubí Forma’s Insertion Service requires a COOK with working hours from Wednesday to Saturday, 10:30 to 16:30 and 20:00 to 23:00, and on Tuesday and Sunday from 13:00 to 17:00, including a one-hour lunch break, located in Sant Cugat. Special contract: "Offer linked to the Integral Plus Program, aimed at labor insertion of Rubí residents facing long-term unemployment (aged 30 years or older, with 12 months unemployed in the last 18 months) and unemployed individuals aged 45 years or older". \-Ingredient preparation: washing, peeling, and cutting food items according to instructions \-Cooking support: assisting with basic kitchen tasks under supervision \-Kitchen organization: maintaining order in workspaces, utensils, and food items \-Dish assembly: collaborating in plating and presentation \-Cleaning of utensils and equipment: washing and disinfecting kitchen tools \-Workplace cleaning: ensuring hygiene of surfaces and common areas \-Food storage: proper preservation of products \-Assistance during service: supporting the team during service periods \-Waste management: sorting and disposing of waste according to regulations \-Receiving goods support: inspecting and storing received products \-Other duties as assigned by kitchen supervisors Competencies / Knowledge: \-Previous experience performing similar tasks is desirable \-Positive attitude toward work \-Proficiency in Catalan and Spanish \-Culinary assistant training is desirable * Permanent employment contract * Full-time schedule * Gross monthly salary ranging from '1583' to '1750'
