Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and creative individual to join our Architecture, Design, and Space Management team, where you will learn how to design offices of the future. We are looking for a proactive, creative individual with a sensitivity for space design to join our Architecture, Design, and Space Management team in Barcelona. We want you to learn with us how offices of the future are designed! Internship with real training: Continuous mentorship in a dynamic and business-oriented environment. You will not be alone organizing catalogs or folding blueprints. You will participate in the design and optimization of our centers: Space Planning: Real support in floor plan layout and office and coworking area optimization according to client needs. Design and Creativity: Collaboration in developing interior design proposals, furniture selection, lighting, and finishes for new centers or renovations. Technical Drawing: Updating floor plans (distribution layouts, client installations) using design software. Project Management: Support in liaising with furniture suppliers, contractors, and monitoring minor renovations or adaptations in our centers. Networking: Direct collaboration with center directors and the operations department to understand how a flexible workspace functions from within. * Experience: 1 month. Experience: Not required (or 1 month of prior experience is valued). What matters most to us is your attitude and your vision of space. Education: Students pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture {currently enrolled}. Competencies / Knowledge: Basic/intermediate proficiency in drawing tools (AutoCAD) and 3D modeling or editing software (SketchUp, Photoshop, InDesign). Interest in office design, corporate interior design, and emerging trends in flexible workspaces. Eagerness to learn, proactive attitude, and strong communication skills for interacting with suppliers and internal teams. Resident in Barcelona. * Competencies / Knowledge: Flexible schedule: Part-time schedule of 6 hours per day, ideal for balancing university assignments or studies. We offer morning or afternoon shifts. Premium Location: You will work in one of the best areas of Barcelona (08032\). Contract: We seek a stable relationship (Internship contract via agreement with your university or educational institution). * Indefinite-term employment contract * Part-time (6 hours \- daily schedule) * Other relevant information: Paid internship. Study assistance will be paid on an hourly basis for actual hours worked.
