We are looking to hire a **Kitchen Assistant** for our steakhouse \& Tex\-Mex restaurant in central Barcelona, specializing in meat, grilling, and American cuisine, operating at a dynamic pace. **Main Responsibilities:** Preparation of mise\-en\-place and support during service according to standards Working with meat, grilling, and controlling doneness levels Maintaining order and cleanliness in the kitchen Compliance with food hygiene and safety regulations Direct support to the chef during service hours **Requirements:** Previous kitchen experience Knowledge of meat and its doneness levels (mandatory) Ability to work both collaboratively and independently Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Communicative level of Spanish Availability for afternoon and evening shifts Residence in Barcelona **We Offer:** A positive work environment with a young, Latin team A professional kitchen focused on meat and grilling Music, events, and an energetic atmosphere Opportunities for growth within the project and future development (including expansion and franchising) **Conditions:** 20-hour weekly schedule Shifts from Thursday to Sunday, afternoon/evening hours Immediate start Initial contract with option to become permanent after 3 months Terms in accordance with collective agreement Work Location: On-site employment
