Position Summary: A professional responsible for training teams in digital tools for data analysis and management, using a dynamic and practical methodology. Key Highlights: 1. Trainer in data culture, visualization, analysis, and management. 2. Teaching courses on Power BI, MicroStrategy, Google Analytics, and SQL. 3. Ability to create accessible and diverse digital materials. The professional will be responsible for training teams in acquiring and expanding knowledge of digital tools for data analysis and management, following a dynamic and practical methodology Trainer who will deliver courses on the following topics: Data Culture: Data-driven organizations, data governance and quality. Visualization: Report design, data storytelling, and dashboards with Power BI (introductory and advanced levels). Advanced Analysis: Use of MicroStrategy and Google Analytics. Database Management: Basic SQL concepts and integration with BI tools. Artificial Intelligence: Predictive models and generative tools applied to reporting. Automation: Workflows with Power Automate for report updates. * Experience: 3 years. Teaching Experience: Minimum required: 3 years of experience delivering training related to this specialty. More than 6 years of teaching experience is highly desirable. Professional Experience: Direct professional experience in data analysis exceeding 5 years is especially valued. * Higher Vocational Training Diploma (FP) in Computer Science * Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics/Statistics * Bachelor's or Engineering Degree in Business Administration and Management / Business Sciences * Catalan (spoken: advanced, written: advanced) * Competencies / Knowledge: Innovative Methodology: Ability to design content in diverse formats (microlearning, gamification, blended learning). Gender Perspective: Commitment to using inclusive language and integrating a gender perspective across all training materials. Sustainability and Accessibility: Ability to produce digital materials compliant with WCAG 2.1 universal accessibility standards. Language: Excellent command of Catalan as the working language * Temporary employment contract (6 months) * Part-time schedule (4 hours per day)
