**Description:** ---------------- From Grupo Digital, we are looking for an **ION Trading Developer (senior and mid-level profiles)** to join our team and collaborate with one of our clients in the technology services sector. **Conditions:** * Contract: Permanent * Location: Madrid. * Work mode: Hybrid. * Schedule: Full-time * Salary: Negotiable depending on experience **Your responsibilities:** * Develop and maintain components and extensions on the ION Trading suite (MMI, Anvil, Latency Gateway, MarketView, e-Trading, among others). * Integrate ION with internal and external systems (front-to-back, middle office, risk, market data, clearing). * Backend development in high-performance, low-latency environments. * Optimize performance and contribute to the design of the trading platform architecture. * Develop scripts and automation tools (deployment, testing, monitoring). * Provide expert technical support for complex, high-impact incidents in production environments. * Ensure compliance with security and audit policies in financial environments. **Mandatory requirements:** * Experience with ION Trading: Senior profile: +5 years with modules such as MMI, Anvil, Latency Gateway, e-Trading or equivalent. * Mid-level profile: Minimum 3 years developing on the ION platform. * Experience with mission-critical and low-latency software. * Backend development in Java, C++, C#, Python (depending on profile). * Solid knowledge of financial protocols: FIX, ITCH, OUCH, SWIFT, MQ. * Experience with Linux/Unix systems and scripting (Shell, Python, Perl). * Relational databases: Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL or Sybase. * Knowledge of financial markets (Fixed Income, FX, Money Markets, Rates, Bonds or Derivatives). * Middleware and messaging: Kafka, TIBCO, RabbitMQ **Desirable qualifications:** * Monitoring: Geneos, Grafana, Prometheus, Splunk. * CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes and DevOps environments. * Fluent English (technical documentation and vendor support). * Specific training on ION products. **What do we offer?** * Competitive salary based on experience * Permanent contract or option for a Commercial Contract * 22 working days of vacation * Flexible compensation plan: Health insurance, childcare vouchers, transportation vouchers * Training in Technology and Soft Skills * Referral program: €500 for each recommended candidate who joins us **Grupo Digital** We are a team of over 100 technology professionals, where you will find stable projects with leading national and international clients, developing solutions in Artificial Intelligence, Cloud, Cybersecurity, etc. We commit to supporting you throughout every project phase, ensuring your professional growth with us and that your contribution matters.
