**About the Position** DoorDash is **seeking a Logistics Manager** to join an international brand in the consumer goods and home décor sector, working with our client. The selected candidate will lead and develop end-to-end supply chain operations, ensuring a reliable, efficient, and cost-optimized flow of goods among production facilities, international warehouses, distributors, and customers. They will be responsible for logistics performance, budget management, and coordination of logistics and warehouse teams. Additionally, they will collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Finance, and E-commerce to ensure an excellent service level across all channels. **Responsibilities** ---------- **What will your responsibilities be?** **Inbound Logistics** * Manage international container transportation. * Negotiate rates and terms with shipping lines, logistics operators, and carriers. * Oversee customs clearance, import/export documentation, and regulatory compliance. * Ensure goods are dispatched and delivered within agreed timelines. * Manage cargo insurance, incidents, claims, and discrepancies with logistics providers. **Outbound Logistics** * Plan current and future logistics capacity to meet demand across various channels. * Negotiate rates and terms with carriers. * Supervise dispatch operations. * Ensure on-time deliveries to customers and distributors. **Costs, Performance, and Continuous Improvement** * Manage the logistics budget and total logistics cost. * Analyze KPIs such as cost per container, logistics cost as a percentage of sales, On-Time In-Full (OTIF), lead time, fill rate, and delivery accuracy. * Identify opportunities to optimize processes, routes, and costs. * Drive operational efficiency and sustainability improvements. **Leadership and Coordination** * Lead, develop, and set objectives for logistics and warehouse teams. * Collaborate with Product on procurement planning, demand forecasting, and inbound flows within the S&OP process. * Coordinate with Finance and Sales to resolve issues related to orders, deliveries, and invoicing. * Prepare and present performance reports to senior management. **Requirements** -------------- * **Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations.** * **Fluent/native Spanish** * Experience in international environments and, preferably, omnichannel settings. * Solid knowledge of maritime transport, customs procedures, and import/export processes. * Strong analytical skills and experience managing costs, budgets, and KPIs. * Experience leading teams and collaborating cross-functionally across departments. * Advanced proficiency in Excel. * Experience with ERP systems, WMS, and collaborative tools such as Google Workspace. * Proactive mindset, solution-oriented approach, and high operational execution capability. * Strong negotiation and communication skills with both suppliers and internal teams. **Benefits** -------------- * **Annual gross salary range: €30,000 – €32,000, depending on experience** * Join a growing international company * Full responsibility for logistics operations and their key performance indicators * Direct involvement in supply chain optimization and scalability projects * Interaction with international teams and operations * A position offering autonomy, decision-making authority, and visibility to senior management *If you’re looking for an international project where you can take full ownership of logistics management, lead teams, and drive improvements with direct business impact, we’d love to meet you.*
