If you seek a collaborative, flexible, and inclusive workplace offering opportunities for professional growth and development, join an institution with over 65 years of experience and become part of a team that makes a difference! **At Kaliet: Insurance brokerage specialized in customized insurance solutions, part of Grup La Mútua dels Enginyers**, we are looking to hire a person for the claims department to handle the opening, management, and follow-up of claims for Kaliet’s client portfolio. **Your main responsibilities will include:** * Claims management and processing. * Telephone support for clients. * Advisory services and resolution of inquiries. * Document management. **Requirements:** ----------------- * High school diploma or equivalent or higher. * Level II Insurance Distribution Qualification (preferred). * Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in the insurance sector, preferably within claims departments. * Competencies: + Negotiation + Analytical skills + Strong communication skills + Integrity + Organization + Teamwork + Results- and client-oriented mindset **Benefits and advantages:** * Indefinite-term contract * Salary: €25,000 – €27,000* per year, depending on experience and professional profile. * Training * Remote work * Flexible working hours * Flexible Compensation Plan * Meal allowance in accordance with the applicable collective agreement * Personal benefits package * Wellness program * Intensive work schedule from late June until August 31 * Salary commensurate with experience * Offices located in central Barcelona.
