As an **IT Systems Administrator** within our *Digital Services* division, your role goes far beyond keeping infrastructure operational; you will be the technological engine ensuring the operability, security, and efficiency of the systems supporting the entire group. In an environment undergoing full digital transformation, your daily work will guarantee business continuity and the success of large-scale technology projects that directly impact society. ##### **Purpose-Driven and Impactful Missions** * **Administer and monitor** Windows and Linux servers, as well as LAN/WAN network infrastructure, firewalls, routers, and VPNs, **to ensure** absolute continuity of group operations and agile incident resolution, **enabling you to** establish yourself as a technical reference in complex multi-site architectures * **Manage and optimize** virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V) and Cloud environments (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), **to drive** the efficient migration of our systems to the cloud, **gaining cutting-edge experience** with the most in-demand technological tools in the market. * **Implement and verify** advanced backup systems alongside critical monitoring tools such as Zabbix or Grafana, **to prevent** threats and ensure the company’s data integrity in its entirety, **developing deep expertise** in cybersecurity and technological resilience. * **Actively collaborate** in the planning, execution, and design of new IT solutions, reporting directly to the CTO, **to meet** the organization’s growing digitalization needs, **providing you with** significant autonomy, freedom in decision-making, and a dynamic, non-monotonous day-to-day routine. ##### **What Would We Like to See in Your Profile?** We present our requirements not as rigid demands, but as the technical tools and competencies you’ll need to succeed and feel comfortable in your role: * **Specialized technical education:** A university degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or a related Higher Vocational Training Certificate (CFGS), as this foundation will provide you with the necessary fundamentals to understand the complexity of our corporate network. * **Experience in complex infrastructures:** A minimum of 3–5 years managing systems and applications in virtualized environments serving a large number of users and multiple sites, as this will give you the confidence needed to act proactively and resolve incidents autonomously. * **Technical mastery of the ecosystem:** Hands-on experience administering servers (Windows/Linux), corporate networks, and virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V), which will serve as your primary tools to maintain departmental operational excellence. * **Future- and cloud-oriented mindset:** Knowledge or certifications in Cloud environments (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud) and metric analysis tools (Zabbix, Grafana), essential for actively contributing to our strategic technology evolution plans. * **Problem-solving and team-oriented mindset:** Ability to produce precise technical documentation and willingness for continuous learning, as in Central Services we value open knowledge sharing and mutual collaboration. ##### **Why Join Our Project?** * **Flat structure and real agility:** You will join an agile organization not dependent on an external board of directors.
