To succeed in this role, what do you need? * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or equivalent technical qualification. * **Years of experience:** Senior-level profile. Minimum 5 years of demonstrable experience as a .NET Developer. * **Languages:** Fluent English (minimum **B2** level required for occasional meetings with Germany; day-to-day operations do not require English *dailies*). * Solid experience across the **.NET** ecosystem and object-oriented development. * Advanced knowledge of distributed architectures, microservices, design patterns, and resilience. * Proven hands-on experience managing and operating workloads on **Kubernetes** (not merely as an end user). * Infrastructure provisioning using *Infrastructure as Code* (**IaC**) tools, preferably **Terraform**. * Proficiency in NoSQL databases (**MongoDB** or similar) and relational databases (**SQL**). * Experience with event-driven architectures using *Message Brokers* (**Kafka**, **RabbitMQ**, etc.). * Implementation and analysis of observability using **OTEL (OpenTelemetry)**. * Demonstrable experience in Cloud Native development (**GCP**, **Azure**, or **AWS**). * Strong habit of writing Unit Tests, Integration Tests, and automating **CI/CD** pipelines. * **T\-Shaped attitude:** Backend focus, with proactivity and willingness to learn or provide ad-hoc support in Python or TypeScript / React Native. * *Bonus points:* Prior experience with DDD, Vertical Slicing Architecture, and practical knowledge of Python or React Native.
