Job Summary: We are seeking a Junior Technical Architect to assist in construction site management, project management, preparation of technical documentation, and submission of tenders. Candidates must hold a degree in Technical Architecture, possess advanced Catalan and Spanish language skills (both spoken and written), be proficient in AUTOCAD and Microsoft Office, hold a valid driver's license, have basic knowledge of construction site management or execution management, understand construction processes and the Spanish Technical Building Code (CTE), be familiar with measurement software (TCQ or PRESTO), demonstrate ability to manage project costs and deadlines, and work effectively in teams. Knowledge of REVIT and Microsoft Project, as well as occupational health and safety, will be considered an advantage. Permanent contract. Full-time position. Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 8:30–18:00 (with a one-hour lunch break); Friday, 8:00–14:00. Gross monthly salary ranges from €1428 to €2142, negotiable based on experience.
