Your mission will be to ensure proper service execution, support your team’s development, and guarantee achievement of the project’s defined objectives. **What will your day-to-day look like?** ---------------------------- * Lead and support a team of Point-of-Sale Managers distributed across different regions. * Conduct joint visits and on-the-road coaching sessions to drive team development. * Ensure correct execution at pharmacies and points of sale: visibility, shelf implementations, promotions, stock levels, and commercial agreements. * Analyze activity, coverage, and results KPIs to identify improvement opportunities. * Define action plans and communicate priorities to the team. * Resolve incidents and provide daily operational support. * Collaborate with Trade Marketing and account teams to ensure execution is aligned with the client’s strategy. * Participate in onboarding, training, and development of new team members. **What are we looking for?** ------------------ We seek a candidate with experience leading field teams and the ability to balance results orientation with close, people-centered management.
