





At Icnea, we are seeking a Senior Developer with a global technical vision and leadership capabilities. This role combines advanced development, technical coordination, and strategic responsibility. The selected candidate will play a key role in defining architecture, making technical decisions, and overseeing projects, while also actively participating in development tasks. Responsibilities * Design, develop, and maintain critical software components, ensuring high standards of quality, performance, and scalability. * Plan, coordinate, and prioritize team tasks, ensuring adherence to the technical roadmap and project objectives. * Provide technical support to management and collaborate in strategic decision-making. * Actively participate in defining and evolving system architecture, as well as implementing internal best practices and standards. * Conduct code reviews, provide technical support to the team, and foster an environment of continuous learning and constant improvement. * Collaborate with other departments to ensure technical alignment with business goals. * Monitor technical KPIs, manage incidents, and lead continuous improvement initiatives. * Evaluate new technologies, tools, and vendors that add value to the product and the team. Requirements Mandatory * Over 10 years of professional experience as a Senior Developer. * Solid expertise in backend and/or full-stack technologies, including: SQL (SQL Server), .NET, JavaScript, Vue.js. * Demonstrable experience in technical leadership, executive support, and coordination of development teams. * Strong analytical skills, problem-solving ability, and capacity for technical decision-making. * Excellent communication and technical documentation skills. * Native-level Spanish and fluent English; Catalan is a plus. Desirable * Experience in the tourism sector, preferably within PMS (Property Management Systems) companies.
