It is a residential center for treating drug addiction and other addictions. The program lasts 6 to 9 months, with main objectives of helping individuals recover from addiction and acquire personal autonomy and social competence to facilitate subsequent social reintegration. The team consists of professionals in psychology, medicine, social work, social education, and monitors. * **Qualifications:** Degrees related to the social or health fields. * **Description:** Responsibilities: * Supervision of Activities of Basic and Instrumental Daily Living (ABVD/AIVD). * Supervision of sleep/wakefulness routines. * Monitoring of Individual Care Plans (PTI) for residents. * Management and containment of residents during periods of instability. * Attendance and participation in team meetings. * Administrative tasks. * Supervision and control of medication administration. Requirements: * Degrees related to the social or health fields. * Training and experience in Mental Health. * Gender perspective sensitivity and training will be valued. * Experience in planning and facilitating leisure activities. * Required competencies: + Planning and organization. + Teamwork and cooperation. + Initiative, empathy, and social skills. + Ability to manage groups. + Commitment to the organization. + Flexibility regarding working hours and adaptability to change. Salary 2025: €1,682.40 gross/month × 12 payments + holiday allowance + night shift allowance.
