Our mission is clear: to address all our clients’ technological needs. What are we looking for? An IT Support Technician to join a client’s team in Barcelona on a permanent basis. If you are passionate about IT support, enjoy resolving incidents, and are motivated to work in an established corporate environment, we want to meet you! Key Responsibilities * Remote and on-site technical support for end users. * Installation and configuration of Windows 10/11 and corporate applications. * Diagnosis and resolution of hardware and software issues. * Basic network and peripheral administration. * Ticket registration and tracking in Jira. * Documentation of procedures and solutions. Requirements * 1–2 years of experience in technical support or microinformatics. * Solid knowledge of Windows 10/11, Office 365, and ticketing tools (Jira preferred). * Experience resolving hardware and software incidents. * Basic knowledge of networks and connectivity. * Strong communication skills, user orientation, and ability to work collaboratively. ⭐ Bonus Points * Prior experience in corporate environments or with end clients. * IT certifications (Microsoft, ITIL, Cisco, etc.).
