We are looking for a professional with a strong track record in demanding industrial environments who is ready to assume full responsibility for the quality function—ensuring regulatory compliance, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction within a highly regulated, internationally standards-oriented setting. ### **Job Mission** Ensure that products and processes comply with customer specifications, applicable legal requirements, and current certifications (ISO, BRC, etc.), guaranteeing traceability, control of the production process, final product quality, and fostering a company-wide quality culture. ### **Key Responsibilities** **Regulatory Compliance and Management Systems** * Implement, maintain, and improve management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, BRC Packaging, or other applicable certifications). * Ensure compliance with local legal regulations regarding quality, safety, and environment. * Guarantee that processes and products meet the standards required by customers and certification bodies. **Quality Control and Process Assurance** * Ensure full product traceability. * Supervise production process control and compliance with technical specifications. * Define, analyze, and monitor quality KPIs through data-driven reporting. **Audits and Continuous Improvement** * Lead internal and external audits (system, process, and product). * Manage non-conformities, customer complaints, and internal grievances. * Drive root cause analysis and corrective and preventive action plans. * Conduct risk assessments and track improvement plans. **Culture and Leadership** * Promote a quality mindset across all company departments. * Drive training and competence development in standards and best practices. * Foster interdepartmental collaboration to ensure operational excellence. ### **Requirements** * University degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Industrial Technology, or related field. * Proven experience in quality management within industrial environments. * Demonstrable experience implementing and maintaining ISO standards (9001, 14001\) and BRC or other relevant certifications. * Solid knowledge of applicable legal, environmental, and safety regulations for production environments. * Experience in audits, risk assessment, and KPI management. * Technical English proficiency. ##### **Preferred Qualifications** * Prior experience in industrial sectors with high regulatory standards. * Additional training in continuous improvement (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.). * Experience managing teams. ### **What We Offer** * Opportunity to join a stable, well-established industrial company with long-term vision. * A strategic and cross-functional role with direct impact on customers and business. * Autonomy and real capacity for improvement and implementation. * Professional environment focused on operational excellence. * Competitive remuneration aligned with your experience.
