We are seeking to hire a Payroll Technician who wishes to join our team with commitment and enthusiasm for growth. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Preparation and review of monthly payrolls, extra payments, severance settlements, and final payroll calculations. * Management of registrations, cancellations, and modifications in the Social Security system (RED System). * Correct application of collective bargaining agreements, salary tables, and current labor legislation. * Calculation and monitoring of payroll incidents: overtime hours, variable components, absences, vacations, temporary disabilities, etc. * Management of Personal Income Tax (IRPF): calculation, adjustments, and submission of corresponding tax forms. * Preparation of files and documentation for internal and external audits. * Handling and resolution of employee inquiries related to payroll and labor administration. * Coordination with the Accounting Department for reconciliation of labor costs. * Support in preparing labor reports, statistics, and cost analyses. **OFFERS:** * Job stability * Salary commensurate with qualifications and experience * Opportunities for professional growth * Proven experience * Minimum two years’ experience performing duties similar to those outlined in this vacancy. * Vocational training qualification or university degree. * Ability to work effectively in a team.
