At Kind Kitchen, we believe food can be a positive force for people and the planet. We were founded in Portugal with the mission to demonstrate that plant-based cooking can be creative, surprising, and accessible to everyone. After establishing ourselves as a reference in plant-based dining, we are now taking a new step with the opening of our restaurant in Gràcia, Barcelona. We are looking for people passionate about cooking, eager to learn, grow, and contribute to creating a high-quality gastronomic experience. **What are we looking for in you?** * Minimum 1 year of experience as a cook. * Experience in vegan, vegetarian, or healthy cuisine will be considered a plus. * Experience with Josper grill and/or open-flame grilling will be considered a plus. * Interest in plant-based cooking and willingness to learn new techniques and flavors. * Ability to maintain order, cleanliness, and organization at the workstation. * Knowledge of and ability to apply product rotation systems (FIFO). * Ability to work under pressure during service while maintaining quality and focus. * Collaborative attitude and effective communication with the team. * Responsibility, commitment, and attention to detail. **Your responsibilities:** * Preparation and plating of menu items, ensuring established quality and presentation standards. * Preparation and organization of raw ingredients. * Production and mise en place execution. * Food control and storage. * Maintenance of cleanliness and organization in the work area. * Compliance with food hygiene and safety regulations (HACCP). **What do we offer you?** * Opportunity to be part of the opening of Kind Kitchen in Barcelona. * A stable project within a growing company offering real professional development opportunities. * A young, dynamic, and respectful team. * Immediate incorporation for the opening process. * Staff meals included and employee discount at the restaurant. * Two days off per week. * Rotating shifts. * Full-time schedule of 40 hours per week. * Salary commensurate with experience and merit.
