





We are seeking to hire a Geroculturist committed to active aging, inclusion, and the quality of life of our residents. Our residence is located near the metro station (L3) Lesseps. The position is to cover an indefinite-duration leave, on day shift. 1. Direct resident care: \- Assist with basic activities of daily living (personal hygiene, dressing, feeding, mobility, etc.). \- Support ambulation and postural changes to prevent pressure ulcers or discomfort. \- Monitor food and fluid intake and report incidents. 2. Health support and observation: \- Take and record vital signs (temperature, blood pressure, pulse). \- Detect and communicate physical or emotional changes in residents to healthcare staff. \- Administer medication under the supervision of nursing staff (according to center protocol). 3. Emotional support and companionship: \- Promote autonomy and emotional well-being of older adults. \- Encourage participation in social, recreational, and therapeutic activities. \- Maintain empathetic and respectful relationships with residents and their families. 4. Collaboration with the multidisciplinary team: \- Coordinate with nursing, physiotherapy, social work, and center management. \- Participate in team meetings and individualized care plans. 5. Environment maintenance: \- Ensure order and hygiene in assigned rooms and common areas. \- Monitor use and condition of assistive materials and equipment. * Experience: 1 year. One year of experience in the position offered. * Technician in Care for Dependent Persons (TAPSD) * Spanish (spoken advanced, written advanced) * Catalan (spoken intermediate, written intermediate) * Competencies / knowledge: Or certification in Sociohealthcare for Dependent Persons in Social Institutions. * Temporary employment contract (4 months) * Full-time schedule * Gross monthly salary from '1184' to '2000' * Other relevant information: Short-week and long-week shift pattern.
