




Position Summary: We are seeking a Selection Technician to strengthen our Human Talent team, managing the full recruitment cycle and continuously improving our processes. Key Highlights: 1. Driving continuous improvement of selection processes At **Sorli**, a century-old company and leader in the food and retail sector in Catalonia, we are looking to hire a **Selection Technician** to reinforce our Human Talent team. The selected candidate will be responsible for **filling vacant positions across the company’s various business lines**, ensuring efficient, objective, and team-aligned selection processes. They will also play a key role in staying up-to-date with various **recruitment platforms**, and building relationships with **universities, schools, and other institutions** as talent sources. Main Responsibilities: * Manage the **entire recruitment and selection cycle**, from defining and publishing job offers through to hiring (contract preparation, Social Security registration, and communication to SEPE). * Conduct **competency- and knowledge-based interviews** (individual interviews, group dynamics, etc.). * Collaborate with **department, zone, or center managers** to understand staffing needs and ensure selection of the most suitable profiles. * Manage and coordinate outsourced processes with **Temporary Work Agencies (ETTs) and recruitment consultancies**. * Maintain and update the **candidate database**, while identifying new recruitment sources based on required profiles. * Drive **continuous improvement of selection processes** to optimize hiring efficiency and quality. * Provide support to other areas within the **Human Talent department**. Minimum Requirements: * University degree in **Psychology, Labor Relations, or related field**. * Minimum **3 years’ experience** in recruitment functions within an HR department. * Proficiency in **Excel** and recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn, InfoJobs, Talent Clue, or similar. * Experience or knowledge of the **food industry** is valued. * Commitment to **gender equality**. * **Fluency in Catalan**, both spoken and written. * University education: degree in Psychology and/or Labor Relations. * Minimum 2 years’ experience performing selection duties in an HR department. * Proficiency in Excel and talent management tools (LinkedIn, InfoJobs, Talent Clue, or similar). * Knowledge of the food industry is valued. * Candidate committed to gender equality.
