Currently, as a personnel selection consultancy, we are seeking a **Facilities Manager** for our client’s food production center, located in the **Campo de Cartagena** (Murcia). **FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES** * **Facilities Maintenance Management** * Ensure the proper operation of all production center facilities (industrial refrigeration, compressed air, electrical installations, water supply, and civil/building installations). * Plan, supervise, and control both internal and external preventive and corrective maintenance. * Define preventive maintenance plans to be carried out by facilities technicians. * **Subcontractor Management** * Coordinate and supervise external companies performing maintenance or repair work. * Monitor quality, safety, and adherence to deadlines in subcontractor interventions. * Validate and monitor maintenance contracts, ensuring technical and economic compliance. * **Project and Investment Management** * Participate in the definition, planning, and execution of new projects and investments in production center infrastructure. * Coordinate the technical execution of construction works, installations, or expansions, ensuring their proper integration into the center’s operations. * Carry out technical and financial follow-up of projects under their responsibility. * **Technical Staff Supervision** * Coordinate tasks performed by the facilities technicians team. * Assign and prioritize work, verifying correct execution and compliance with maintenance procedures. * Promote continuous improvement in methods, timing, and safety of interventions. * **Technical and Documentation Management** * Keep technical documentation for facilities and equipment up to date. * Prepare technical reports on status, incidents, and improvement proposals. * Ensure compliance with applicable technical, industrial safety, and environmental regulations. **REQUIREMENTS** * Vocational training specialized in Industrial Maintenance, Electrical, Mechanical, or Electromechanical fields. * Technical or Degree-level Engineering (Industrial, Electrical, Mechanical, Electromechanical, or similar) is valued. * Minimum of **3–4 years’ experience** in industrial facilities maintenance or technical services management within production environments. * Demonstrable experience in **team coordination** and **subcontractor management**. * Knowledge of **preventive** and **corrective maintenance systems**, and of technical regulations applicable to industrial facilities. * Familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) and office software. **What does the company offer?** * Join a well-established, sector-leading company. * Opportunity to lead a technical team and contribute ideas for continuous improvement. * Permanent contract. * Flexible working hours. * Competitive salary.
