Description
Intress is seeking a **Junior HR Technician** to join the HR Department team of the organization. This position is for our **office located in Barcelona.**
The selected candidate will provide support within the department and assist the department head.
We are looking for a person holding a degree in HR or Law, with limited experience, who can acquire further experience with us.
***What will you do?***
* **Provide support in managing** the organization's labor relations.
* **Draft disciplinary documents**, such as warnings, sanctions, and other documentation related to the disciplinary regime, under the supervision of the department head.
* **Conduct research and analysis of labor legislation**, doctrine, and case law to support decision-making.
* **Provide technical support to the Labor Relations Department** regarding queries on labor legislation.
* **Draft administrative and legal documentation**, under the supervision of the department head.
* **Support the preparation, attendance, and drafting** of minutes from meetings with the Legal Representation of Workers (LRW).
* **Manage, classify, and keep up to date** the physical and digital archive of labor documentation, ensuring its proper custody and confidentiality.

* **Schedule**: Monday to Friday, 08:00–15:00, plus two afternoons per week of your choice until 17:30. Intensive schedule: July and August.
* **Compensation**: €1,445.02 gross/month (×14 payments = €20,230.28 gross/year).

***What do we expect from you?***
* Degree or Diploma in Labor Relations and Human Resources, Law, or equivalent qualification.
* Knowledge of labor legislation.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
* Fluent spoken and written Catalan and Spanish.
* Organizational skills, capacity for learning, and ability to work in a team.
