Use defect-tracking software (bug tracking). Review service and product specifications. Ensure optimal software functionality. Optimize test strategies. Education and Experience: 1–2 years of experience in manual and automated testing. Proficiency in Cucumber for database development. Proficiency in Selenium for web environment test automation.
