At **BEIGAR**, we are seeking an **ASL Analyst/Programmer (Altitude)** to join the **Service Engineering** team of a major project alongside a leading multinational technology company specializing in Contact Center solutions. You will participate in implementing unified customer interaction management solutions for large companies across sectors such as banking, insurance, telecommunications, utilities, and BPO. You will be involved throughout the entire project lifecycle—from functional analysis through to production deployment and support. ### **Responsibilities** * Development and maintenance of **ASL (Altitude Scripting Language)** scripts on **Altitude v8**. * Development of **Inbound/Outbound** campaigns, IVR, and agent logic. * Installation and configuration of Altitude suite products. * Functional analysis and solution design. * Preparation of technical and functional documentation. * Incident resolution and support during implementations. **Location:** 100% Remote (Spain) **Work Mode:** Remote work **Stable project** REQUIREMENTS Minimum **2 years of experience** in Contact Center, Communications, or Telephony projects.
