Currently, in collaboration with COMMONSENSE, we are seeking to hire **a Technical Architect** to join our team. We seek a professional responsible for coordinating and supervising on-site construction activities, ensuring that projects are completed within established deadlines and budgets. **Your mission within this team will be:** * Supervise and coordinate on-site construction activities. * Ensure compliance with established deadlines and budgets. * Participate in the drafting and review of technical projects. * Manage the technical and legal documentation required for construction execution. * Implement and comply with occupational health and safety regulations. * Guarantee the quality of the work performed. **What do we offer?** * Workplace located in Girona * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00–14:00 and 16:00–19:00 * A stable professional project within a solid organization. * A dynamic and collaborative work environment. **What are we looking for?** * Degree in Technical Architecture * Prior experience in a similar role. * Strong leadership and team management skills. * In-depth knowledge of construction regulations and occupational safety standards. * Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. * Ability to work under pressure and meet established deadlines.
