Position Summary: We are seeking a production leader to supervise operations, coordinate activities, and manage teams, ensuring production, quality, safety, and efficiency objectives are met. A person is needed to lead production operations during a specific shift in an industrial company. The main responsibility will be supervision and coordination of production activities, ensuring that production, quality, safety, and efficiency targets are achieved. A team of personnel will also be managed. Daily tasks will include supervision of the production process, adherence to the production plan, and prompt resolution of any issues that arise. Teams will be led by assigning tasks and fostering a positive work environment. Communication with maintenance to resolve breakdowns will be essential. Additionally, key performance indicators will be monitored, with continuous efforts to improve processes. Compliance with all safety, quality, and environmental regulations must be ensured. A proactive and results-driven attitude will be highly valued. A minimum of 2 years’ verifiable experience managing teams in the production area is required. Solid knowledge of industrial machinery and experience in troubleshooting are mandatory. Prior experience with ERP systems will be considered a plus. Proficiency in office tools—especially Excel—is required. A level of English that facilitates communication is desirable.
