Your role will involve coordinating safety and making organizational decisions to ensure regulatory compliance. Continuous training: we invest in and promote your talent. **Your day-to-day will sound like this…** * Coordinate the application of general principles of prevention and safety (Article 15 LPRL). * Make technical and organizational decisions to plan the different work phases. * Estimate the required duration for executing the various phases. * Coordinate site activities to ensure contractors and other entities consistently apply the principles outlined in Article 15 LPRL during the execution of activities specified in Article 10 of Royal Decree 1627/1997: * Maintain the site in good order and cleanliness. * Handle various materials and use auxiliary equipment. * Select locations for workstations and work areas, considering access conditions, and define traffic routes and circulation paths. * Carry out maintenance, pre-commissioning checks, and periodic inspections of installations and devices necessary for construction, in order to correct any defects affecting worker safety and health. * Delimit and condition storage and deposit areas for various materials, particularly hazardous substances. * Collect used hazardous materials. * Carry out storage, disposal, or removal of waste and debris. * Adapt according to the progress of the project and the actual time required for different tasks or work phases. * Cooperate with contractors, subcontractors, and self-employed workers. * Address interactions and incompatibilities with any other type of work or activity carried out on-site or near the work location. * Draft the safety plan and, where applicable, its modifications. * Organize the coordination of activities as stipulated in Article 24 LPRL. * Manage processes arising from subcontracting relationships using MetaContratas software, which includes: Business Activities Coordination, Access Control, and Work Hours Registration. * Safeguard the incident logbook, allowing authorized personnel to make entries. * Liaise with the HSE Coordinator and Inspections. * Prepare service proposals offered by We Project, developing and issuing reports, drawings, budgets, and project schedules. * Draft and review installation projects, demolition and earthmoving, foundations, structures, masonry, finishing, false ceilings, flooring and tiling, waterproofing, insulation, glass, painting, sports facilities, urbanization, furniture and equipment. * Produce technical drawings. * Prepare measurements and budgets. * Monitor projects, including documentation control, orders, cost control, and deadlines. * Prepare operational, technical, civil works, and architectural status reports. * Conduct site visits. * Carry out works, contracting, and monitoring. * Manage and supervise subcontracted companies and suppliers. * Perform other duties within your scope as requested by your direct supervisor. * * **Requirements:** --------------- **You are ideal for this position if…** Higher Technical Degree / Bachelor’s Degree in Building Engineering. Specialization in Occupational Risk Prevention, Construction, and Building. Training in Safety and Health Coordination. Minimum of 3 years of verifiable work experience in a similar on-site role.
