We are strengthening our **Software Department** with a **PHP Developer**. **What will your day-to-day look like?** * **Development and maintenance** of backend applications using **PHP 8\.x and Symfony 6/7** * **Design of scalable and maintainable architectures** * **Code reviews and mentoring** of junior developers * **Active participation** in Scrum ceremonies (dailies, refinements, retrospectives) * Definition and implementation of **unit, integration, and functional tests** * **Collaboration** with cross-functional teams (product, operations, support) * **Technical and functional documentation** of developments **What are we looking for?** * **More than 3 years** of experience in **PHP development** * Proficiency in **Symfony** (minimum 3 years) * Solid experience with **relational databases** (MySQL/PostgreSQL) * Knowledge of **design patterns and SOLID principles** * Experience with **testing** (PHPUnit, Behat or similar) * Familiarity with agile methodologies, especially **Scrum** * **Git proficiency** and collaborative workflows (GitFlow or similar) * Strong communication and teamwork skills * **Exceptional communication ability**: proven capability to act as a "translator" between non-technical stakeholders (e.g., finance) and technical teams (IT) * Effective stakeholder management at all levels * Adaptability and resilience amid constant change **What do we value?** * Prior experience in the telecommunications sector * Knowledge of billing systems, provisioning, or CRM platforms * Experience with REST APIs and microservices architectures * Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD (Jenkins, GitLab CI) * Knowledge of Kafka, Redis, or queuing systems * Experience with third-party integrations and middleware **What can we offer you?** * Permanent full-time contract * 100% remote work arrangement * Flexible start time * Working hours Monday–Thursday: 9:00–18:00 (including lunch break); Friday: 8:00–15:00 * Intensive summer schedule * 23 working days of annual vacation to disconnect and recharge * With our Learning Fridays, we guarantee dedicated time for professional development during working hours * Don’t miss out on our Campus Aire University!
