To achieve this, we analyse our customers' needs and provide flexible and scalable charging solutions for electric vehicles — from conceptualisation and design, to manufacturing and distribution. **What We Are Looking For:** We are looking for a Test Lead to drive the development of our laboratory and testing strategy for electric vehicle chargers. If you are passionate about creating automated HW/SW tests and want to shape the future of sustainable mobility, join us! **Your Responsibilities Will Include:** * Design and implement tests. * Develop the test set. * Assure reliability \& performance. * Create and monitor metrics. * Lead and grow the testing team. * Define the strategy and improvements. * Manage the laboratory operations and testing activities. * Develop the laboratory (acquisition of testing equipment \& calibration management). * Conduct regulatory studies (IEC 61851, RED, MID) Requirements * Studies related to engineering. * Ability to communicate effectively in both Spanish and English. * Experience with a ticketing system such as Jira. * Experience with Mechanical test (IP/IR) and mechanical endurance testing. * Electrical and electronic tests (EMC, Electrical endurance, Electrical safety). * Software Testing (integration, electromobility, regresion and behaviour test). * Leadership skills to lead the design and the team\\\*\\\*.\\\*\\\* * Alignment with the company's vision for creating a more sustainable future in terms of mobility. * Demonstrates kindness and a positive attitude in interactions.
